Us here at delta homes first wish everyone is staying safe with their families we are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our customers and our contractors. We are doing this through several steps we are trying to do as may meetings as possible over email and phone communication when this is not possible we are following the CDC guidelines on distancing at least 6ft keeping meeting limited to how many people are there. Also with our contractors we are limiting the personel onsite at a give time to have minimal amounts of trades on site at once. Before we turn the homes over to our customers we have it cleaned from top to bottom. If we return to service item once customer moves in we are sanitizing our hands and wearing a mask when we go in to the home
