Building a Home with Delta Properties

This is the third blog in the series of building a custom home with delta properties. This blog goes in depth look behind our process. The process can seem very in depth and possible overwhelming but when you hire delta properties it is a partner throughout the process. As continuing from the second blog. Once we locate a lot that fits your needs we put together a turnkey price for your home and may ask what is turnkey price. Turnkey is everything included for you to move right in the home once the construction is complete for instance some builders in our area don’t include appliances in the home we want our customer to be able to purchase a home with confidence from us. A home is largest purchase anyone will make in their lives and we want you to have everything you need once the construction is done to move in and enjoy. Along with our final price we give our customers we give them a spec sheet that shows every item we include in the price of the home we go through this with our customer to make sure everything we have discussed is included in price for our customer. We also them give them as much time at home to review as needed. Once they have review the spec sheet, contract and plans we sign off on all the items showing we have both review and approved each of the items. If we need to purchase the land for the customer we move forward with that at this point. From there we move from planning phase to construction phase. We take the plans and all other material needed for permitting to the town or city where the property is located to get all permits need to start the construction of the project. stay tune for the next blog in the series which will go through the construction phase
