Once we have walked through these step by step we will take all this information and put together our customers a price for the complete package with all the needs and must haves. While this process is going on we will assist the customer with looking for the right piece of property. We will search for property that fits the customers target location or locations and needs. We have a network of realtors and land developers that we utilize to locate these properties. Once we have narrow down the properties we will do site visits with customers to weight the pros and cons of each lot and verify that there isn’t any additional cost that would be associated with the land. Some of these additions cost items would be long driveways, long run of utilities to get to building area, The lot has ledge which is large rock out cropping that would require a blasting company to come in and split rocks in to pieces that are manageable to remove, the lot requires fill to create a flat building area, cross wetland to get to building area and many more. Over our years of custom home building we have seen all these items and have solutions for each one but we like educate our customers on each of these items that might arise on the visit of property so you can make best decision for your needs.
